Teacher 'had sex with student aged 13 at home and sent the boy saucy texts'

A female teacher is to appear in court accused of the rape of a 13-year-old boy.
Mary F McCormick, 32, was arrested in August in Siloam Springs, Arkansas, after police said she and the unnamed boy - who attended the school at which she worked - had sex on at least two occasions.
A friend of the boy is said to have dared him to contact her and they subsequently watched a film at her apartment.
The pair allegedly had sex for the first time in her bedroom after the friend left.
Snapchat messages exchanged between teacher and student, discovered by a 12-year-old female friend who borrowed his phone, allegedly showed the teen's genitalia and a wet-haired McCormick wearing nothing but a towel alongside sexual comments, including, "I'm not dirty anymore".
Police later confiscated two USB drives, an iPad, two iPhones and a desktop computer - and said they found multiple photographs and videos of the victim on McCormick’s Snapchat account, along with a photograph of a woman’s breasts believed to belong to the accused.
McCormick, attending a pre-trial hearing on Wednesday, faces charges of rape and exchanging explicit photos with a 13-year-old boy.
She resigned from her position in September.
