Mr Harvey and his wife Marie had always wanted a big family but they never dreamed that they would end up having 16 children. He was always proud of supporting his large family despite many people advising him that he might be better off claiming benefits and was known to say: “I didn’t have my kids for the government to support them - that’s my job.” Mr Harvey, died on September 16 2014, and will be honoured by his workmates at his funeral, Wales Online reported. They will all stop working as a mark of respect for a man who was so well-loved within the trade in South Wales. Mr Harvey loved his job and was always cheerful while working he would even get told off for singing too much.
