
A Statement from the Bureau of Tourism Development said that the development was part of the resolve of the Fayemi led administration to turn the State to the most attractive destination for relaxation and investment opportunities.
According to the statement, the re-development of the Warm Spring and Resort would also provide employment opportunities for youths and boost the State’s Internally Generated Revenue (IGR).
Highlighting facilities at the Resort to comprise 100 chalets including one executive and 16 VIP chalets that have been upgraded into a 5-star hotel standard, the statement said that the resort could
boast of another forty-three 3-star chalets.
Other facilities at the resort include: a 300seater amphitheatre, a 450 sitting capacity conference hall, 2 swimming pools, a shopping mall, a dining hall, a multi-purpose hall and 2 warehouses.
It assured potential tourists of adequate security of lives and property of visitors to the resort.
