Women who have naturally low histamine levels may find it difficult to reach orgasm. If you take antihistamines on a regular basis you may have less sexual desire and delayed orgasm.
Zinc is a mineral that promotes histamine production and deficiency can occur in women who suffer from heavy bleeding or diet a lot. Try to increase your zinc intake with zinc-rich foods, such as sardines and wheat.
