Borno gov showers cash on El Kanemi
Impressed by the performance of the team in the ongoing 2012/13 season of the Globacom Premier League, the Borno State governor Alhaji Kashim Shettima has ordered the payment of 50 percent sign on fees of the players of El Kanemi Warriors of Maiduguri.
