Tragedy as petrol tanker crushed man to death in Ibadan. Graduating student found dead in her room.

A graduating student of the Polythecnic Ibadan  was on Thursday night  found dead in her room  around Akorede area of sango Ibadan

 The computer Engineering   Diploma graduate simply identified as dammy was  said to have died hours before her body was discovered  by her housemate who raised alarm

 Some of the resident of  the  area described the incident as  tragic and unfortunate one as no one can say exactly how the incident  happened as  they were only aware when  her housemates raises alarm , " our source who claim anonymity  said Dammy whose parent resides in Ife was such a young charming damsel who cannot hurt a fly.

 it was gathered that Dammy  had earlier in the morning washed all her cloth in preparation  for a trip  home to visit her parent after she graduated from school.

Her body has  since been deposited at the morgue by the police who  we learnt later handed over to her relatives.
 A source at the area   informed Alarinka  that  Dammy's father who visited her daughters home  was weeping profusely as he  was cursing  whoever is suspected to be responsible for her daughter's death.

 Also  a factory worker was early this morning  crushed to death by a petrol tanker in Apata area of Ibadan
 the  deceased whose identity  was yet to be identified as at the time of filling this report died on the spot as he was crushed beyond recognition.

 Witnesses at the scene  said the victim was trying to avoid being hit by an Okada, but eventually landed at the tyre of  an incoming petrol tanker which crushed him beyond  recognition.

 When contacted  for confirmation from the police, the  Oyo command Public relation officcer, Mrs Bisi Ilobanafor  said  they police are already investigating  Dammy's death while  she promised to get back to Alarinka later  on the  Apata issue.
