Shocked child carers called the police shortly before noon on Monday after they spotted children with wraps of the illegal drug. The child's mother, Ashley Tull, 30, of Selbyville, Delaware, was arrested and charged with maintaining a drug property and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, reports Fox News. Cops said the child thought the packets of the white substance were candy. Several children from the nursery were taken to hospital as a precautionary measure but were given the all clear by doctors. A total of 249 bags of heroin were recovered by police, weighing 3.7 grams. Tull, who also has a nine-year-old boy and an 11-year-girl living her was released on $6,000 bail while the children are in the custody of a relative.
